Terms of service

These terms govern the use of IamBroker, operated by 68.981.435 ARTUR MOISES ALVES DE PAULA, CNPJ 68.981.435/0001-06. Using the service means accepting them.

What the service does

IamBroker connects a business to its own WhatsApp Business account and exposes that connection to the software that business runs. Through it, that software can send messages, receive the replies its customers write and read the delivery status of what it sent. IamBroker carries messages; it does not write them, and it does not decide who receives them.

What we require of you

• Connect only a WhatsApp Business account you are entitled to operate, and authorise the connection through Meta Embedded Signup yourself.
• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, including the rules on opt-in, on the 24-hour customer service window and on template messages.
• Message only people who agreed to be messaged by you, and stop when they ask you to.
• Keep your API key and your webhook secret confidential. Anything done with your key counts as done by you; tell us at once if it leaks.
• Send no unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, and no content that Meta prohibits.

What we do

• Deliver your messages to the WhatsApp Cloud API and return the events Meta reports back to us.
• Encrypt your access token and your webhook secret at rest, and sign every event we deliver to your endpoint.
• Keep the data of one connected business separate from that of every other one.

Availability and suspension

The service is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee. Delivery of a message depends on Meta and on the recipient's device, both outside our control. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, that breaks a Meta policy, or whose access Meta itself revokes; where we can, we say so before we do it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Brazilian law allows, IamBroker is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost profit, or for a message that Meta did not deliver. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.

Termination

You may disconnect your account at any time; doing so stops the service at once and starts the deletion described on the data deletion page. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
